Hands-On Leadership™ 2
Effective teams result from effective leaders! Hands-On Leadership I and II allow participants to acquire and practice the leadership and interpersonal skills required to be effective leaders. Hands-On Leadership I and II material has a five year track record of changing or modifying the behavior of managers, supervisors, and team members alike by providing the knowledge of what to do, the skills to apply it, and the motivation to get it done.
